Program Length

Maximum 34 weeks (24 weeks study + maximum 10 weeks scheduled breaks)

20 hours study per week (14 hours in class study + 6 hours online)

The skills and knowledge required to deliver all aspects of customer service at an introductory level.  It includes creating a relationship with customers, identifying their needs, delivering services or products and processing customer feedback.

Learn about information systems, including collection, processing and maintenance.
