Developing strategies to manage organisational systems that ensure products and services are delivered and maintained to standards agreed by the organisation.
Learn how to undertake financial management, including planning and implementing financial management approaches.
Learn to manage planning in relation to an organisation’s workforce including researching requirements, developing objectives and strategies, implementing initiatives and monitoring and evaluating trends.
Learn to develop and monitor implementation of an operational plan to provide efficient and effective workplace practices. Develop skills to lead and manage effective workplace relationships.
Learn to manage the performance of staff who report to you directly, including work allocation and performance management. Learn to lead teams in the workplace and to actively engage with the management of the organisation, including liaising with stakeholders.
Defining and developing a project plan, monitoring the project and reviewing.
Learn to identify risks and to apply established risk management processes to a defined area of operations that are within the responsibilities and obligations of the role.
